From the combination of these three experiences, VetBalans was born, a project with a clear and shared purpose: To help more animals enjoy a longer and healthier life thanks to quality nutrition. To support families so they better understand their animals' nutritional needs and can make informed decisions. To create opportunities for people who share our passion for animal welfare and wish to develop a professional activity with purpose, forming part of a community based on knowledge, trust, and commitment.
More than a company, VetBalans is a community built on knowledge, trust, and commitment. Ultimately, everything we do has a single purpose: to help animals live longer, healthier lives and enjoy more moments with the families who are part of their lives. Because that is, and always will be, the true purpose of VetBalans.
Our Team
Lara Domènech
A veterinarian and founder of Vetformación, she has dedicated over 20 years to training veterinary assistants in Spain and Portugal. During this time, she has guided more than 10,000 students in their professional development and gained an intimate understanding of the sector's realities. This experience allowed her to identify a constant need: many animal lovers sought a way to pursue a flexible, purpose-driven professional activity linked to animal welfare.
Susana González
She brings the clinical and nutritional vision to the project. After more than 30 years at the helm of her own veterinary clinic, she has seen that a large number of health problems in dogs and cats can be prevented or improved through quality food and appropriate supplementation. Convinced that nutrition is one of the fundamental pillars of preventive medicine, she brings to VetBalans a vision based on clinical experience, professional rigor, and commitment to animal welfare.
Esther Urbistondo
Expert in marketing, communication, commercial strategy, and business development. With over twenty years of experience driving projects and leading commercial teams, she has always believed that the best projects are those that improve people's lives. After thoroughly analyzing the animal feed and nutrition sector, she identified the opportunity to structure a model that would bring greater clarity, honesty, and trust to families, strategically integrating nutrition, training, and support.
Patricia García
Responsable de coordinar la gestión financiera, el control de stock y los procesos operativos, garantizando una organización eficiente y el buen funcionamiento diario de VetBalans.

Rafael Colomé
Responsable de coordinar la atención al cliente y apoyar el desarrollo comercial, ofreciendo un acompañamiento cercano y de confianza a familias y profesionales veterinarios.

Marta Domènech
Hermana de Lara y una de las personas que creyó en este proyecto desde el primer día. Desde 2020 ha contribuido a impulsar su crecimiento, aportando su visión estratégica y su conocimiento en desarrollo de marca para transmitir la esencia de VetBalans: una marca cercana, comprometida con el bienestar animal.
